Is delivery included in the price?
We offer free delivery nation-wide, including rural delivery.

Do you have a minimum order quantity?
You can order 10 or up to any quantity you require.

How should I provide my artwork?
We prefer high resolution or press quality PDF’s, however, we are happy to work with you directly to ensure the artwork will be suitable for printing and includes bleed. If you have the original artwork (e.g. an .ai, .eps or .psd) we can also accept these files and we can talk you through making sure your fonts and colours are preserved.

Can you design my artwork?
Absolutely! We can help you from concept to completion. Whether a flyer, invitations, business cards, labels or logos, we can help.

How can I make my labels last longer?
We can print labels on a synthetic or PET material and also provide a gloss or matt laminate, which will help increase their life and lessen the wear and tear.

How do I order my labels?
You can order either via email or phone. If you are in the area, you can also drop in and meet the team.

How long will my labels take?
Depending on the size of the order, we endeavour to dispatch your goods within 7-10 working days. However, if you have a tighter deadline, please talk to us about it and we will see what we can do.

How long will my promotional products take?
Once the artwork is approved, orders generally take 7-15 working days. Some products can take 20 working days, so please check with us if you have a deadline.

How do I pay for my order?
We offer eftpos, you can pay cash or online – our bank account details are on the invoice.
